App status and contact
NommAI is in development. Public store downloads and a public support inbox are not available yet. The developer is Danilo Canivel. A monitored support/privacy channel will be added before store submission.
Model will not run
Check that the model download completed and your phone has enough free storage. Boba needs about 734 MB for its model files and additional working memory. Initial loading and inference can take time. Close other demanding apps and retry. Device compatibility differs; Android physical-device validation remains pending.
Camera or photo selection fails
Check camera/photo permission in your device’s Settings for NommAI. You can use manual entry without providing a photo. Keep meal photos only when you want a compressed local copy attached to the saved entry.
Can I scan offline?
Installed models run locally on your phone. Download a model over an internet connection first, then scan meals offline. No server address or AI API subscription is required.
The calories look wrong
AI cannot measure every ingredient or portion from a photo. Review foods, grams and macros, correct the estimate, or compare available models. Results from different models are shown separately. Do not use estimates to identify allergens or replace medical guidance.
Delete data or report a problem
Follow Delete your data for local deletion. When a support channel is available, include your app version, phone model, operating-system version and steps to reproduce the problem. Do not send meal photos, health information, credentials unless necessary and explicitly requested through an appropriate channel.
